I would assume so. Just try contacting the manufacturer of the player and ask them if they still make that type of remote.

Yes, you can. Just get a universal one which would work with all cd players or simply get the one of the same brand/model/make.

Yes, if you contact the manufacturer you can get a replacement remote. Option B: you can get a universal remote control.

You can buy or replace a CD plauyer remote control in the case of losing one. You would just have to call the company of the CD player that you lost the control to and have them send you a new one. You can pay the bill if it is required of you to do so.
