Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome can indeed become pregnant, however it is often more difficult and miscarriages often develop with this disorder.

Absolutately - but it can be harder than for the rest of the population. With PCOS, your follicles in your ovaries generally do not mature and make cysts instead of eggs. Women with PCOS often need medical help to make sure they ovulate. Some people are lucky and can get pills and others require injectible medication.

Emphatically and certainly yes! PCOS isn't a sterility sentence. While it is true some women diagnosed with the syndrome have a difficult time getting pregnant even with fertility treatments, just as many do not. Medical science has come a long way in the last decade as far as helping all women conceive and deliver healthy children.
