Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is an increasingly common syndrome in women. It does affect fertility, but the syndrome ranges from very mild cases to those that are more severed. Many, many women with PCOS do get pregnant and successfully carry to term. You may need to work with a fertility specialist.

Yes, many women with PCOS are able to become pregnant with none to little intervention from a specialists. Often someone with PCOS only needs to go on the medication metaforim in order to become pregnant and change their diet. Once their bodies are not producing too much sugar they are able to achieve a pregnancy.

The chance of you getting pregnant on your own with this condition is very slim, since the reason for infertility is that you have having a hard time ovulating. Though, if you one day wish to get pregnant, you can talk to your doctor about taking fertility medication.

Yes. I have PCOS and was able to get pregnant. However, it may be more difficult for you to get pregnant than the general population. A reproductive endocrinologist can usually help. The doctor may start you on metformnin, or try clomid to help you ovulate.
