Can traffic tickets be put into bankruptcy?

No. Those are up to you to find a way to pay. Any court fines or fees including traffic tickets cannot be filed on. Basically anything owed to the government has to be repaid no matter what and will not be excluded. It could be possible to work out a payment plan with them.

Back taxes, child support arrears and student loan debt cannot be included in a bankruptcy. Otherwise, debt is eligible. Whether the judge will approve traffic tickets for bankruptcy is another matter.

No. Traffic tickets cannot be included in bankruptcy because they do not affect your credit report. They effect your criminal record, so even if you file bankruptcy, you will still need to address your traffic tickets.

They can be included in bankruptcy. However, depending on your state, they may not be bankrupt-able unless you are disabled or otherwise unable to pay.
