Can the fiber in paper be used for fabric die?

It depends on what you mean. If you mean, "can paper fibers be used to dye fabric? " then the answer is probably No. The dyes in paper aren't strong enough. If you want to dye home-made paper with fabric dye, that should work; bear in mind that you'll need much less dye than for fabric.

The fiber in paper can not be used in this way. Dyed paper may, if soaked, bleed some dye, but it would not be enough to reliably dye fabric. The easiest way to dye fabric is to purchase and use a fabric dye, such as Rit dye, from your local craft store and follow the package directions.

If a paper is made out of fibers such as onion or other vegetable fibers they could be used as a fabric dye. The darker the paper the better.
