STD's that can be cured by antibiotics or anti-infection medications are syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis. Herpes and HIV are not curable. Opinions differ on if HPV can be cured or if it always remains in your system.

Certain STD's can be cured by a round of antibiotics. These are chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and trichomoniasis. Some lists include yeast or bacterial infections, as well as UTI's, as they can be transmitted. Incurable STD's are HPV, HIV/Aides and herpies. Some forms of HPV can be vaccinated against as well in women under 25.

Yes, STDs can be cured by consulting a good sex specialist and getting treatment from him which would be probably applying of a good ointment and washing of the private part with Dettol or Savalon, four or five times.

Some of them can and some of them can't. Ones like HIV/AIDS can't be cured. Clymidia can't be cured but it can be treated. The same is true for herpes.
