Endersitis is a condition that does not exist. Individuals with knee pain or bad knees usually benefit from low-impact exercises, such as swimming, pilates, gentle yoga, light cardio, rowing, step aerobics, walking or isometric stretches. Before beginning any new exercise regimen, consult with a physician or a physical therapist first.

You really shouldn't go running as a form of exercise when you have any knee problems. Walking is a much better form of cardiovascular exercise, since running is hard on knees.

Running will only make the situation worse. Do some non-weight excerises. Like walking in the water or jogging in the water as fast as you can.
