Once you assume ownership of a house you can sell it whenever you want. There is no waiting period persay that you have to satisfy. The trick is to make sure you will actually make a profit and not just break even or lose money. Consider renting

Yes. It does not matter how long you have owned the house. What matters is if you have a mortgage, you need to sell the house to payoff the mortgage and recover any downpayment you made and if possible, make some money from any equity in the house.

There is no minimum time frame that you must own a house before selling it. You can sell a house immediately after buying it, if you want.

There is no set time period that you have to own a home before selling it. In theory, you could sell your house the same day that you buy it. From a practical standpoint, you may not have enough equity in order to pay off your mortgage, but this is another issue entirely.

You can sell a house at any time. You will need to check on loan programs for buyers if they aren't paying cash and your taxes as most want the homeowner to own their home for two years.
