Never ever, ever EVER use bleach on these kinds of fabrics. Not only are you asking for nasty blotching that will ruin your garment, bleach will terribly weaken the fibers and shorten the length of your piece exponentially- you will lose elasticity WICKED. Follow the instructions on your care label.

No. Chlorine bleach will turn the synthetics you mentioned yellow and eventually break down the stretchy component of the fabric. Use a non-chlorine bleach or oxy-type stain treatment product when needed.

It's not a good idea to put bleach on these fabrics. At best, it will turn them yellow; at worst, it will dissolve them.

No! Bleach will cause those fabrics to disintegrate. If you use bleach you will start to see runs and loose, white threads popping from the fabric.

Bleach tends to yellow non-organic fabrics over time. White manmade fabrics are best whitened with baking soda, white vinegar or bluing.
