You may be able to if you have software where you can record streaming audio. Some websites may also offer free downloads of parts of there stream. the reason alot of websites wont let you though is because of the copy rights and you would be getting music for free
yes you can actually even use your windows sound recorded to save it to your hard drive. but I prefer to write down what music i like and download later.
