Not so much by mail but you can get your GED online with a course and then have your GED mailed to you.

To the best of my knowledge you will have to take a GED exam. A quick search online should bring up testing centers.

There are two aspects to the GED: the prep course(s) and the test itself. There are classroom, online and mail order prep courses to help you prepare for the five sections included on the test. You must, however, take the test at a test center. The results are then sent to you by mail.

Most "GED by mail" offers are fraudulent scams and are a waste of money. If you need to find one, check with accredited colleges and ask for "community education" department.
