Yes. You can put your smart chip into another phone as long as it's a phone from the same company or brand. For instance, if you have an LG phone from ATT, then your smart chip will work with all other ATT phones, as well as all other LG phones.

This depends, the only smart chips you can switch and swap are between at&t cell phones only. This company makes is capable to switch smart chips.

Yes, you can do that, it is really simple to exchange chips. Say that your phone battery dies you can transfer you chip to anther phone.

Yes, as long as the phone you are trying to transfer the smart chip to is the same carrier, or is an unlocked phone, you should be fine.
