yes but why. smoke is so harmful. i was a smoker i understand and i lifted smoking. things are better now and easier. i spend too much time and money at the gym to waste it away in smoking. you should find a great support group at the gym,

Unfortunately, smoking will actually prevent the full potential and gains from working out. However, if you push to quit smoking harder you will be able to perform aerobic exercises longer which will lead to a better adrenaline high, hopefully replacing your nicotine high.

Yes. Smoking will of course slow your bodies growth and the value of the nutrition you put in yourself. So it would be quicker and easier if you weren't a smoker but if you're in no rush do both.

Everyone can benefit from weight training or any other type of exercise whether you smoke or not. Smoking has its own risks and weight training will not prevent them. You may find as you take the time to care more for your body it is easier to be motivated to try and stop smoking.

No, smoking will actually hinder you from lifting more. Breathing is actually one of the most important facets when it comes to lifting weights, and smoking will come in the way of this. In addition, smoking isn't usually mentioned in the same breath as weightlifting, so I'd recommend you try and quit.

It won't make it any easier to quit smoking, but you can still enjoy most of the other benefits of weight training if you continue to smoke.
