Shoulder pain is common among people with heavy work load, office workers, house wives and computer professionals. If the strain increases in the shoulder it results in shoulder pain. Even it occurs due to the compression of nerves in the neck region. A pain does not mean that it is a lymph node problem. Consult a physiotherapist.

shoulder pain is usually derived from the muscle or bone in the area, particularly the joint. it would rarely be a issue with an lymph node as these are only inflammed in infections and cancer, which don't usually present as shoulder pain. either way oneshould consult a physican before doing anything

It is of course a possiblity as there is a large concentration of nodes in the armpit, but it could be any number of shoulder pain issues at work.
