Yes all dogs can have problems with this and it is usually due to boredom. The best way to solve this is to get the dog out.

Yes, absolutely. Some dogs, like hyperactive terriers, have a problem being still or being mounted by the male dog. Like humans and cats, some dogs aren't inclined to reproduce.

Yes they can. Sexual Behavior problems in female dogs is often attributed to dominance. They just want to show the other dogs they're in charge.

Any animal can have them it all depends on what the dog has been allowed to get away with and if she has been raised with male dogs she may also pick up their behavior because their was no female around to show her the proper way. You can call the vet and they can explain it better.

Yes. Female dogs can often go around "humping" their toys, human legs or even other female dogs. Often times when a dog exhibits this behavior they are doing so because they are trying to show dominance.

Yes. Female dogs will often hump other dogs but not usually because they are feeling aroused. This is usually a sign on dominance. So whoever is doing the mounting is probably the dominant dog in your household.
