Melon will not hurt you but some foods which are better in relieving constipation are guava, lemon juice, apple pectin, bale fruit, bran cereal or muffins, corn syrup, sugar, folic acid, honey. It is best not to become constipated. Here are some suggestions of foods to watch: cheeses, chips, pizza, red meat, instant mashed potatoes, processed foods, cakes and cookies.
