It's unlikely, but they may be related. An untreated ovarian cyst could lead to an infection, which can in turn get into the blood and cause chest pains.

No, chest pains cannot be related to an ovarian cyst. Individuals with ovarian cysts would experience symptoms involving areas around the stomach.

I have never heard of chest pain from a cyst. More common symptoms would be abdominal pain, swelling, nausea and vomiting and fever. The pain you might be feeling in your chest would be more likely due to an injury or some other factor. Although anything is possible and not out of the question.

You should not be experiencing chest pains due to an ovarian cyst unless you are having anxiety over the condition in which case, yes you can have anxiety related chest pain. You should always see a doctor when having chest pains.
