Can an internal hemorrhoid causes pain to the RLQ as well as back pain and uterine pain?

I can't figure out what's wrong.

Internal hemorrhoids usually only cause pain in the anal area. Your other pains may be due to your kidneys, liver or maybe a uterine fibroid. It is best to consult your physician.

An internal hemorrhoid would not usually cause pain so far up the abdominal cavity, unless what you are feeling is reciprical pain in other areas of the body.
