Can an auto repair school give me auto repair help?

Some schools take customer vehicles for students to practice on, some only allow students to repair their own vehicles at the shop, and some don't allow outside vehicles at all. You can enroll in one and learn how to do the work yourself, of course. Most are willing to offer advice on where to get the help you need.

Yes they can all you have to do is contact them tell them your problem and they will give you the help that you need.

You would have to call the school to see for sure, if they can help you fix the car. I think they might help you out, but don't know for sure. They can tell you if they can or not. I'm almost sure that they would help you out with your problem.
