Can a police officer view my video recording without a warrant?

Depending on jurisdiction, your property, including videos, can be seized on many criteria, including exigent circumstance. If the video has no bearing on the reasons seized, you can challenge it's use as evidence, but if there is no harm in the video, you would have no worries anyway, would you?

There can be exceptions (for example, if you are playing it publicly or give permission), but a warrant is usually required.

This depends if you give the officer consent to view the recording. If consent is not given, and there are no exigent circumstances, then a search warrant may be required.

It depends on the circumstance. If you allow him into your home and allow him to look at the video, then he can. If he illegally entered your home and watched it then it is against the law.
