Well, the answer to this question depends upon some factors. It depends upon how the girl is, is she younger or older, if she's of the same age then there are chances of having sex knowingly or umknowingly. But otherwise my answer goes for yes.

You can be friends; she wouldn't begrudge your single sister. If your wife is jealous, have your female friend have dinner with both of you.
