Can a felon ever be employed by the federal government?

Felons have a difficult time being employed anywhere. Depending on the crime, a felon may be able to petition for consideration, but generally expungement is the only way around it.

There are no rules that bar all felons from Federal jobs. A felony record is a handicap, but the outcome depends on the job and the applicant's actual history.

Yes & No. If the federal government wanted a felon they would be able to legally acquire him without question, for example catch me if you can is a true story. In reality though an application form would result in a background check which would result in a refusal.

A felon should not generally accepted by the federal government. This is because all job applications should have a background check. In which they will reject his application.

the felon can be employed by the federal government if they are not sentenced to jail for sex or murder case. they will not be employed in maintaining secret
