Some people experience headaches with weather changes. They can be frequent and severe. Keep a journal of barometric pressure and see how it coincides with your headaches. Show your doctor. If you know you have this problem ask for a maintenance medication so you can medicate when the headache starts. Have this medication with you when you travel.

Yes. This condition is often found in people climbing mountains, thus placing themselves in thinner air. Headaches are but one symptom, others being disorientation and reduction of cognitive abilities. Prolonged exposure (to thin air) can lead to bleeding in hte brain, which will quickly lead to death. The best remedy is returning to standard barometric pressure.

Yes, while not very common, a change in barometric pressure can result in headaches and this is something too unusual if you are flying somewhere because of the change in air pressure. Air pressure can be felt in the ear canal and can be a big irritation. A doctor should be consulted if you want help.

Yes. Weather changes whether seasonal or otherwise can alter barometric pressure which increases sinus pressure. Sinus headaches can increase dramatically as storm systems move in and out of an area.
