Absolutely. If your dog has a sting on its nose, gently wipe the stinger away with a credit card if you can. Watch dog for allergic reaction to the sting.

A bee can sting any part of the outside of a dog, including the nose. Thus, it is possible for a dog to get a bee sting on its nose.

Absolutely! A bee can sting a dog not only on it's nose but also on it's body and head. This happened to my dog.
