Memory structure in the brain can first be measured about halfway through pregnancy, infants have been proven to remember soap operas that the mother watched.

I know of one child who is now two that describes memories from inside the womb. This child is very bright ( genius ) and her description of what she heard is accurate.

I think when the child become three years old the child will form memory. The child must be healthy. The child maynot have any disease.
