Not all tree frogs are poisonous. However, there are some poisonous varieties, such as the poison dart frog, which are very poisonous.

I don't know for sure, but I saw on David Letterman recently that some toads can actually cause blindness if you touch your eyes after handling them, so be very careful.

Yes it is poisonous. It will not attack us. If we tuch it,it will make allergy to our body. Some time it may be very terible to our skin. so be careful to this kind of things.
