There has not been much mention of turning this into a film, nor has IMDB mentioned anything about filming or casting. Plus, there are so many books in that series that it would be more difficult to pick favorites to film.
I have not heard of them making a movie so I did some online research and could find o evidence of a movie being made anywhere online either. This is a great series and I am remember it from childhood they should make a movie but it seems that they are not.
