No machines are specific for just hemming. However if that's all your going to do with it you can get a hand held machine from Wal-mart really cheep.

A good quality serger is best for hemming. You can get store/tailor quality from this machine.The serger of course serves many other sort of sewing machine functions. Professional quality hems can be produced much easier than standard sewing machines. Many sergers are capable of rolled edging, blind hemming and gathering.
