Xopenex (levalbuterol)is prescribed to treat the narrowing of airways caused by asthma and COPD. Speak to your pharmacist or physician about the use of Tylenol while you are using Xopenex.

There are reported side effects, though in the 0-33% range. I would consult my pharmacist for contraindications- they are the persons best educated to help you with this. There really are no active interactions, the ones I listed were the base drug studies. If you see any adverse symptoms, as always, cease useage and consult your pharmacist and physician.
