One requirement to take the test is to have a photo ID. The ID must have your name, signature, and photograph. It must be original. Copies will result in you being denied the GRE.

Yes. You should be on track to obtain a BS or BA degree at a college or university, or already have a degree. Otherwise, you just have to register.
