In most areas I am sure you will not find a lawyer available 24 hours a day unless you first contact a lawyer and make that agreement. If a lawyer makes this agreement to be available for you 24 hours a day most likely you will be charged. You may search the internet and find the information you need.

Lawyers certainly are available for the clients who afford them the most billing. You would be expected to pay a hefty retainer in order to have access to an attorney around the clock. If you have these kinds of needs, you should considering hiring an attorney as a full-time employee of your organization.

There are always lawyers who will work the schedule you want. However, keep in mind you will have to pay for their availability in the form of a retainer, or a monthly fee just to be able to call them when you need to. This can be higher at times than a per-service charge.
