Are there any exercises I can do if my knees are not straight?

It depends on how "not straight" they are. If your un-straight knees make it hard to do lower body exercises, then focus on upper body movements like push-ups and sit-ups.

There are various leg exercises you can do. You can buy ankle weights and do repetitions. You can do this by sitting on a chair and extending your legs repeatedly.

There are lots of arm exercises you can do from a chair; for example, you can do bicep curls or arm lifts. There are great videos out there that specialize in this.
