Are there actual symptoms of HIV?

Wouldn't it be every symptom since your immune system doesn't fight?

When initially infected by the HIV virus, a person may experience symptoms like one has when they have the flu. These symptoms include headache, general fatigue, and muscle aches to name a few. Then, as the virus progresses, a person experiences symptoms due to their decreased immune system as they become infected with other illness.

After contracting HIV, many get a flu-like condition that lasts 1-4 weeks but is easily mistaken for another illness. It takes several years before having trouble fighting off other illnesses.
