Yes someone somewhere will have organised a comptetion for it. But they would only be one offs. If it is something that you regard yourself as good at then perhaps set up a tournement yourself down the local pub.
Yes there are many different groups of ages, sex and skill. The league is called World Sport Stacking Association or WSSA. They have their own website and hold many competitions each year.
