Terazzo used in wet areas, such as showeres, should have an aggraget additive included in the installation technique to provide for a non-skid surface.

Terrazzo tile is generally slippery yes, however they do have products on the market that can help reduce or eliminate this problem.

no,not really the terrazzo shower floors are slippery. but it can be slippery if water and other liquid things spread on the floor.
