I'm sure spiked collars are still hip with the punk crowd, goth crowd, and "I get most of my clothes at Hot Topic" crowd. As for spiked collars being popular with the mainstream crowd? Not a chance. Popular or not, if you really want to wear a spiked collar, just go ahead and do it.
