Hot dogs that are left outside of the refrigerator will remain safe to consume for about 2 hours at normal room temperature (shorter if left out in very hot temperatures).

They are probably okay since they have so many preservatives in them. But why take the chance? To avoid getting sick just throw them out, get a new supply and keep them refrigerated.

They are safe to an extent. Hot dogs are like any processed bologna lunch meat. The longer any one would sit out, the greater liklihood of bacteria depositing on the meat. Chances are after half a day one would be fine enough to eat.
