It depends on how you wear it. If you're wearing it with a tube top and heels I would say it is trashy. Try it with tights and some boots.

These kind of clothing are trashy for anyone to wear. People judge you by your outer appearance and while this is unfair that is all they have to go by. You may be a brain surgeon who like to express herself but if you wear that skirt that is all anyone will ever see. Leave some mystery.

Yes, of course, the fingertip length jean skirts really, trashy for a young woman to wear in general. They may be suited to bar dancers in order to attract cutomers.
