Dragonflies eat flying insects, or the larvae of them. They will eat mosquitoes. You need a small pond surrounded with shrubs in a sunny area to attract these beneficial insects.

Dragonflies are beneficial. They eat smaller more harmful insects. To attract them to your yard, you must have some kind of water feature in your garden. A water-garden can be made simply by using a half-barrel filled with water and plants. You can even add a gold fish or two.

Dragonflies are wonderful! They eat all the nasty little flying pests you don't want around, like mosquitoes, flies and gnats. A flower garden with a birdbath will attract them.
