Not that I know of most bulldogs that I have seen have a curly tail but they don't look like a cork screw that is very odd but if it isn't hurting anything thats ok.

Bulldogs, mainly english and french OFTEN have what is known as a corkscrew or internalized tail. It is overall not a bad thing, and is considered normal in this breed. Keep the area clean and keep a regular appointment with your veterinarian. add a comment
Normal bulldog tails are straight, not corkscrewed, and have not been docked. A corkscrew tail can be problematical if it is too tightly curled. It should be carefully looked after, kept clean and dry to prevent infections.
Yes it is normal in bulldogs. But like normal tails in other dogs it is ingrown or internalized tail. Which can grow inside rather than out side. But it is considered not a problem in this breed.
Still it depends on the age and size of dog and his tail.
As an owner of an English Bulldog, and member of two Bulldog Clubs, I can state with complete certainty that not only is the corkscrew tail normal, it is also highly desirable.
