American Wines are varied. Some regions in particular are outstanding almost as a rule, and there are hidden gems for wine throughout the country. Many California wines for example, are superb. Castoro Cellars and Gainey Vineyards are wineries on California's Central Coast that are always a tasting experience. Texas also has excellent wineries in the city of Grapevine. Try them!

Of course American wines are good. Look for strong flavored reds from California, fragrant reds from Washington state and Oregon. Wine is produced in all fifty states.

Absolutely! Wines from California specifically are on the rise. Look for vineyards in the Napa Valley area, or even Southern California beach areas such as Paso Robles.

There are many excellent American wines. California has the greatest variety because of its climate. Buy a selection at your local market. Find what you like.
