It will depend largely on your guests. Assuming they appreciate a decent wine, any of the Hardys line of wines is suitable, especially their shiraz or fortified wine lines. This being said, in fact, most Australian wine producers put out good, technically well made wines, so I would advise to shop around and pick a wine YOU enjoy.
