Wash your hair with water to start with, several times. Then with a gentle - preferably baby - shampoo, wash it some more. Apply some aloe vera if you can, since you're having a reaction to something. If it persists, see a doctor. Next time, test on your skin first.

If you dyed it blond, it's probably just a little side affect of the bleach or other harsh chemicals in the dye. Otherwise, you may be having a slight reaction to they dye itself. Wash your hair thoroughly several times with a GENTLE shampoo/conditioner. If the pain persists for more then a day, consult your doctor.

You should wash your hair with a mild shampoo like baby shampoo. Your scalp did not react well to the dye. Refrain from buying that brand again.

Use a chamomile based shampoo or just rinse with chamomile tea. Chamomile is known for its calming effect and used for all sorts of skin problems, especially burns... It is so mild you can even put it on your (for example) tired eyes.

You may be allergic to something in the dye. If the burning lasts for long, see your doctor. Maybe you need to switch hair dye brands.
