Try drinking more water and taking a multivitamin daily. Also regular exercise can decrease pain. Try doing sit ups and a few stretches. If that don't work try some over the counter pain medicine.

During menstruation many women experience cramping, this usually lasts a day or two. If you are experiencing constant cramping during this time and they are severe, see your Doctor. However, if you are experiencing mild cramping, I would recommend ibuprofen and warm heat to the area.

Try adding in a daily exercise routine. Or some doctors treat abnormal periods and cramps with hormonal birth control. If the constant cramps still persist, it's best to consult a doctor to make sure that it isn't something more serious.
