Why do I have cramps mid cycle?

Usually you get cramps throughout your whole cycle because your body is cleansing itself and when your muscles contract then that will sometimes make you cramp up in your stomach.

Cramping mid cycle is very common and is often thought to be caused by ovulation, however it could be many things. Including a cyst, endometrocis and even stomach problems. Consult with your doctor if it woorsens.
