I feel cramps in the veins of my head and it gets tightened up, what is the reason?

I feel this problem since Feb 09. This problem began after I had a shock after the death of a close relative, but I don't know whether this problem is due to that or something else.

You need to see your doctor to make sure you don't have a medical issue. I feel this is stress, and you need a good relaxation, herbal wraps are WONDERFUL.

This sounds like vascular tension. This can happen after a stressful situation. Does it cause a headache? Is it throbbing? How old are you and do you have other medical conditions? More than likely it is just tension.

You should make an appointment with your physician. Your blood pressure and cholesterol should be checked. Your doctor may also wish to monitor your heart over the course of a day or two, using special equipment that you wear at home.

You may just be experiencing tension or stress related symptoms. To ease your mind you should talk to your doctor. You can then rule out any underlying causes of your pain. Easing your mind might help the pain go away.
