That depends on how adequate you oral hygiene was during ortho treatment. If you had excellent oral hygiene there shold be no cause for concern. However, if you had poor oral hygiene it's possible for there to be areas of decalcification around the brakets. Areas of decalcification usually look white so after brakets are removed the contrast would be evident

You should not have any brown spots on your teeth when your braces come off unless something happened to your teeth while wearing the braces. Otherwise your teeth should be straight, white and beautiful. If you have any concerns your dentist should be able to answer any questions and calm and fears.

How much staining that happens depends on a lot of things. If you drank a lot of coffee, tea, cola, or you smoked your teeth will have some staining.
