Go have them screened. It's unlikely it is cancer as aging and sun exposure can cause spots. But to be sure have them screened by a professional.

The brown spots on your legs could be bruises. It could also be blood vessles that have ruptured from an injury or accident that you did not realize happened, like hitting your leg on the coffee table. Check with your doctor if the problem gets worse. It could mean that you have a blood clot.

Have you been out in the sun recently? Exposure to UVA and UVB sunrays for anytime over about 10 minutes will cause damage to your skin. the brown spots are concentrated damage. if any of them get to be the size of a nickel, or quarter, see a skin doctor immediately.

Brown spots on one's skin can be caused by excessive melanin production, often due to sun exposure. These are commonly referred to as "age spots" and they resemble freckles.

This may be because of certain vitamin deficiency or it may be because of the fungal infections which can be happened out of our daily wearing dress or from the socks that we put on the legs when we wear shoos. It is better to apply an antifungal lotions on the legs and keep a habit of using fresh dress.
