Sam's Boat may go out of business, if his business relies on the Gulf to provide seafood to sell for retail. Sam's Boat will have to hold out and maintain until the oil in the Gulf clears up. People do not want to eat seafood that is covered in oil.

Sam's Boat in Texas is located near Sheldon Lake State Park and the Armand Bayou Nature Center, both inland locations that were not affected by the oil spill.
