The fact that it is a Dodge Neon will not change whether you can understand the diagram of the engine. All engines have basic parts and if you have the diagram in front of you, it should be pretty easy to understand it because it will tell you where everything is.

You can understand the engine diagram if you have a good knowledge of the factory correct diagrams, component locations, and engine codes.
